How long have you been photographing weddings?

I have been photographing weddings since 2012. I remember my very first wedding, it will always hold a special place in my heart. I was soooo terribly nervous...but when I left that day I felt so wonderful that I knew I had found my calling. I fell in love with photographing weddings and feel so lucky to be in this industry! Years and many weddings later, I look back on that first one and think about how much I have progressed and how much better of a camera I have ;)

What if my wedding does not require all day photography? Can I customize a package? 

I absolutely can customize any package to fit your needs! If your wedding is a lot smaller than what my packages show, please send me a message and I will let you know a more hourly quote! If your budget doesn’t quite fit my packages, I would be more than happy to talk about how we can make something work!

Do you travel for weddings? 

Yes, I do travel for weddings. I currently have traveled to California, Washington and throughout Oregon for various photography sessions and weddings. I would love to expand my portfolio to more locations! A travel fee would be required and would vary depending on location.

What is the process for booking you as our photographer? 

You can reach out to me through various forms of contact: from my website, email, Facebook, Instagram, text message, or phone call. After we have connected, communicated, and you have expressed interest in my photography services, I usually will meet with you at a local coffee shop or somewhere public to talk about your big day and what your are looking for in a photographer. At this meeting we usually talk about the contract as well, and pay the deposit. I generally will give loads of advice on the wedding day timeline, share some stories, and get to know you. I LOVE LOVE to hear proposal stories!! It’s one of my favorite topics of discussion at our meeting :D

How many photos do I get and how long does it take to get them?

After the wedding, I go through all of the photos and choose out the ones that best represent your day. I edit them myself to provide you with professional quality photographs. It usually takes me anywhere from 4-8 weeks to get all of the photos ready for you, Depending on how long your wedding was, there are usually anywhere from 300-800 photos. When I am finished I upload them to a private online gallery on my website and send you the link with the password. Your photos will all be downloadable so you can have them instantly, buy I also send out a customized flashdrive with all of your wedding photos on it .If you have ordered any prints or an album, I will allow some time for you to choose the photos and work with you from there.

Do you ever provide a second photographer? 

My package prices do not include a second photographer but if that is something you wish to have, I am more than happy to bring on a second photographer at a higher price! When I do have a second photographer, I bring along with me a professional colleague who has experience with wedding photography and has high standards of work.
